I'm a QA lead with more than 10 years of experience in the testing world. In 2016 I joined TAL to build a testing team from scratch, defined quality processes, incentivated continuous deployment and set up a QA mindset for the whole organization. After these 4 years of hard work, all these objectives were met with an excellent team of people who proved to have understood at a perfect level how to work as a true team. Processes developed, allowed us to forsee failures in early stages of the development life cycle. Periodical releases were done every 2 weeks, with a high level of reliability. Most members of the company took part of QA activities, such as exploratory testing sessions or shift left testing sessions, in order to spread the QA culture along the organization.

I really enjoy teamwork because I am convinced it contributes to enhancing individual performance and expanding knowledge. At The Appraisal Lane I worked as a functional tester on one of the most essential products using agile methodology. We applied Shift Left, a technique that helps detect failures at early stages, before the development even started. I worked side by side with developers and product owners.
